Terms and Conditions for Blinktime Prize Draw

By entering the prize draw, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The prize draw is being run by Blinktime Ltd.

1. Eligibility:

1.1 The prize draw is open to individuals who:

• Are aged 18 years or over.
• Are employed by the company they are voting for.
• Have submitted their vote for their company to use Blinktime's product by providing their first name, last name, and work email address on the voting page.

1.2 By entering the prize draw, entrants confirm their eligibility to participate and claim any prize they may win. Blinktime reserves the right to request proof of eligibility.

1.3 Each individual is permitted a maximum of one entry.

2. How to Enter:

2.1 Entry into the prize draw is free of charge.

2.2 To enter the prize draw, simply vote for your company to use Blinktime, check the box to enter the prize draw, and provide your first name, last name, and work email address. This can be completed on our website at this address: www.blinktime.io/vote-for-blinktime.

2.3 By entering the prize draw, participants consent to Blinktime disclosing to their company that they have voted for Blinktime to be used, along with their first name, last name, and work email address.

2.4 Entries are only valid if the entrant's company signs up as a Blinktime customer within 12 months of the vote/entry.

2.5 The prize draw will be conducted within 30days of the company becoming a Blinktime customer.

3. Prize Draw Details:

3.1 The prize draw will select one random winner from the pool of individuals who voted for their company through our voting page and opted into the prize draw.

3.2 The prize for the winner is £200 cash, which will be transferred to the winner's bank account. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no alternatives will be offered.

3.3 The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours after the prize draw. Blinktime will make two attempts to contact the winner within 14 days. The winner must respond to accept the prize and provide necessary bank details for the transfer. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Blinktime Ltd reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

4. Data Protection:

4.1 By entering the prize draw, participants agree to provide their first name, last name, and work email address for the purposes of administering the prize draw and disclosing to their company that they have voted for Blinktime.

4.2 Participants consent to being added to Blinktime’s marketing mailing list. Blinktime will not share participant information with third parties, except as stated above.

4.3 Blinktime will process personal data incompliance with applicable data protection laws and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. General:

5.1 Blinktime reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or alter the prize draw at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Blinktime accepts no responsibility for any entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, malfunctions, or any other reason.

5.3 To the extent permitted by law, Blinktime, its agents, or distributors will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where caused by the negligence of Blinktime, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees. Statutory rights are not affected.

5.4 Blinktime’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Governing Law:

6.1 The prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
